As students head back to the classroom, it’s time to talk about teaching critical, yet often overlooked, financial education skills in our communities. In these webinar/workshops, we will explore what young people ages 5-18+ want to learn about money, and how parents, caregivers, and loved ones can support their journey toward a successful financial future. We will also share a toolkit of free resources, programs, and activities that you can use to guide these financial conversations at home, right away.

There is a 73% increase in financial decision-making among youth who complete our Money and Youth workshops.

We’d love for you to join us to learn how to have financial conversations with your children or grandchildren to instill financial confidence in all Canadians, throughout each stage of life.

About Canadian Foundation for Economic Education (CFEE)

CFEE is dedicated to educating Canadians of all ages and backgrounds on how to best tackle their financial decisions with confidence and competence. In partnership with IG, CFEE has released three free financial literacy guides: Money and Youth, Money and You: Seniors Edition and Indigenous Peoples’ Money and Youth (English only). Each resource is comprised of simple modules to help individuals increase their financial confidence and feel empowered when dealing with their finances.
